Q: Can you accept credit/debit cards? | A: Certainly. We take all the major cards such as Visa, Access and Switch. |
| Q: How long will my frame take to complete? | A: Typically most orders are completed within seven working days, usually quicker. Simple orders can be dealt with directly at the Coulby Newham Gallery. | |
| Q: What sort of glass should I choose? | A: That's down to personal taste and room position. If you think that incident light (from a window or overhead lamp) might be a detractor, then diffuse glass is a worthwhile investment. | |
| Q: What sort of prints do you sell? | A: We sell both Limited and Free prints; many from stock. | |
| Q: Can you frame my needlework print? | A: Yes. We can frame almost anything provided that it is reasonably flat at not more than about 4mms thick. | |
| Q: Can you do bulk orders? | A: Our factory is equipped to produce everything from a single frame to many thousands of the same, or a variety, of prints. Bulk orders attract significant discounts - please ask for a quote. | |
